What I Eat In A Day For A Body Reset

I have been MIA from this blog because so much has happened lately but mostly positive things so I won’t complain ! So now I am back to post, regularly as before (I hope so) and keep sharing about business, food, modeling, photography etc…

I simply thought about sharing with you a WIEIAD. I enjoy seeing them on Instagram so why not sharing it here. Due to a bit of bloating and water retention lately because of salt and sugar intake, I decided to give my body a nice and lovely break with good food. Without further ado, here is a wieiad:

Breakfast:

I started my day with a green smoothie. For me, it’s a game changer. It sets the energy for the day and having it in the morning gives a good mood. And it’s so good for the skin.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 3 handfuls of spinach

  • 1 orange

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 2 handfuls of celery

  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric

  • 1 teaspoon of moringa powder

  • 1 teaspoon of spirulina

  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder

lunch:

I love when things are simple especially when it comes to food. The simpler the happier I get. So for lunch, I ate 4 Medjool dates filled with peanuts (they literally taste like Snickers bars !) and one mango.

Afternoon dinner:

Yes, I call it afternoon dinner because instead of eating a snack, I ate a big salad and a bowl of rice (approx150/200g, I didn’t weigh it). For me, snacks are just an excuse we give ourselves to eat sometimes more than we should (and also companies and society make us believe that we need it). ANYWAYS :).

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole romaine salad

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 avocado

  • About 150g of corn

  • 1 half of shallot

  • 3 tablespoons of salad dressing with herbs (bought in a grocery store)

I felt very light. I also made sure to drink enough water when I felt like drinking. I notice, that when I eat a lot of fruits and fresh vegetables, I am not as thirsty than when I eat cooked food. And that was it for the day !
