Begin Again By Taylor Swift Photo Shoot With Deanna & Cedric

What a funny photoshoot ! Deanna, a travel YouTuber and big fan of Taylor Swift based in USA, asked me to photograph her project this week on Tuesday 21st May. She wanted to recreate some scenes of the music video of Begin Again. She is currently traveling through Europe with her man. I already shot couples, close to the Eiffel Tour for example, but that was the first time I had such request.

We went to La Palette, a very nice café in Paris where the music video was filmed.

It was interesting to shoot because we all had to immerse ourselves like we were in a movie. Deanna and Cedric were playing like actors, they were fantastic ! In this scene, She was actually writing a note, look ! I only read it when I came home. How cute of her ! She is definitely the best !

I usually shoot fashion and beauty photography, but it inspires me for future couple shoots. When I search for couple photography on Pinterest; I see a lot of basic couple pictures like holding hands and posing, or walking in a romantic mood. The idea of recreating scenes of a music video or a movie can be so funny to do, especially when people are not very comfortable in front of a camera. Well, it was still romantic but funnier !

When shooting the scenes, Deanna and Cedric were always moving, so no time for feeling uneasy or “I don’t know what to do !” panic mode. It’s definitely something I’ll keep in mind !
