What To Watch On Netflix If You Love Fashion & Beauty.

Nothing is more enjoyable for fashion lovers than a movie with beautiful costumes. I've got some Netflix movies you'll love and inspire your next artistic endeavor.

Halston mini TV series, 2021

This series will introduce us to the story of one of the most significant designers of the 20th century—Roy Halston. He defined the fashion of the 1970s, invented ultra-suede, invited celebrities to model for shows, and created a hat for Jackie Kennedy, the appearance of which made the first lady a real style icon.

This series is worth watching for anyone interested in fashion.

Phantom Thread, 2017.

Back in the 1950s, London was buzzing with the extraordinary talent of couturier Reynolds Woodcock. He was renowned for crafting one-of-a-kind outfits for the royal family, movie stars, affluent heiresses, and fashionable socialites. However, everything took an unexpected turn when a young and free-spirited woman named Alma entered his life, becoming his source of inspiration and muse.

I recommend this film to those who love deep, authentic drama and are fans of style—it is a veritable mini-encyclopedia of 1950s fashion.

Fashion, 2008.

The world of fashion and glamor attracts young and innocent girls from all over the country. Meghna Mathur, a charming girl from Chandigarh, has an ambitious dream—to become not just a model but the first among the first. And here she is in Mumbai!

The downside of the fashion industry shocks the heroine, but she persistently pursues her goal and succeeds. The world of designers is at her feet. However, fate brings her a surprise...

The Crown, 2016.

This stunningly dressed show follows the life of Queen Elizabeth II, starting with her marriage in 1947.

Without a doubt, costume designer Amy Roberts did a brilliant job bringing us into the spirit of the British royal family. And many of the images she selected caused a real boom in the networks. The eBay website has compiled a list of requests that have increased after the release of the new chapter of "The Crown."

7 Days Out: World's Biggest Event, Chanel episode.

Fashion enthusiasts will enjoy watching the episode that delves into the behind-the-scenes action leading up to the Chanel show. It gives a glimpse into the meticulous preparation required to ensure everything runs smoothly. And you will definitely admire great Chanel costumes!

Queer Eye, 2018

It's an original Netflix series about self-love. Queer Eye is a show that will lift your spirits! Five experts, culinary expert Antoni Porowski, fashion expert Tan France, cultural historian Karamo Brown, Decor expert Bobby Burke, and beauty expert Jonathan Van Ness, do everything they can to restore the hero's self-confidence. We see metamorphoses; everything changes, from the hero's lifestyle to the decoration of his home. A beauty expert advises in each episode.

Styling Hollywood, 2019

Styling Hollywood is a show featuring Jason Bolden and Adair Curtis from JSN Studio. They work their magic on celebrities and luxurious homes. It's a fascinating series that gives us a glimpse into the creative process and effort of creating the perfect look.

Worn Stories, 2021.

It is a show where real people tell fascinating and unique stories about their clothes. Dozens of stories from different characters are put together into a patchwork quilt—each episode has a theme. For example, "Community" is about a nudist community in Florida, where they only dress up for church on Sundays, and the only thing the characters need on other days are shoes. An episode is dedicated to Las Vegas - locals with eccentric wardrobes and the local dry cleaners caring for these items.

Final words.

I think it was a cool list of fashion movies on Netflix. Hopefully, you stumbled upon something intriguing to watch this weekend.
