Staying Disciplined Even In Sad Days

Am I the only one who feels a bit sad and lazy during cloudy and rainy days? At a point where I deeply don’t want to do anything but stay at home in my plaid, with a hot chocolate.

10 000 – 15 000 steps is one of the goals I set every day. No negotiations with my brain and no procrastination !

On my way to 10 000 steps that day with my Fitbit watch !

It’s not about punishing myself but rather making myself accountable for myself. Also, doing 10 000 – 15 000 per day is like setting a me time when I can go walking and meditate at the same time. Empty my mind and relax. It really helps because being an entrepreneur may be overwhelming and stressful. I don’t know for you, but I feel like I always need to do more instead of enjoying and celebrating my accomplishments.

Reaching this goal set my mind to success and decreased procrastination in my day-to-day life. I still have some work to do though but I deeply felt a change, also in my self-esteem.

The circumstance like the bad weather is only an excuse. And God knows how many times I used it. Now I just put my rain coat and boots on and I am good to go. Walking under the rain makes me feel good now and reminds me when I was a child playing with other children not worrying about life and enjoying the moment !
